Hello, I'm talking about ugc item in roblox. The task of getting a blue sweater is not performed for some players, since the fan that is supposed to throw the player up does not throw the player to the desired height, but only half lifts. Because of this, it is impossible to pass the level, therefore we cannot pick up the item. And it hasn't been fixed for 2 weeks. Please fix the error or at least change the task.
